Sync your Calendar with Notion, and vice-versa

By default, if you delete an event from Notion, we just un-sync it instead of permanently removing it from Google Calendar (same vice-versa).

This will let you delete it manually and prevents mistakes.

You can edit this setting when you setup your synchronization.

We love Notion and use it daily, but we are not directly affiliated with them.

There are many automation opportunities within Notion and your Apps. We focused on the Calendar integration to make it sync with Notion smoothly using Notion's official API.

This service will save you time from redundant copy/paste and just works with no hassle!

We want to keep this service financially sustainable and not want to shut it down like other free apps on the market.

If you do not pay for a product, generally, you end up being the product – and we do not want such a thing.

You can use existing tools like Zapier or open-source projects, but that would cost you more in time and additional subscriptions.

The current pricing is for the Google Calendar & Notion synchronization.

As there will be more automations that will be released in the following months, we will have one plan that gathers all automations.

And for those who were early adopters and subscribed for the Calendar Sync before, they will have a substantial discount to upgrade to have all products.

You can import Outlook and iCloud calendars directly on Google Calendar. And then, you can use our tool to sync with Notion. The only limitation is that it would be in one direction (Calendar to Notion)

We are planning to add a native Calendar integration with Outlook. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have a specific usage.

We discontinued the Zapier/Notion connector we used to have. As we're no longer supporting the unofficial Notion API

Now that Notion has an official API; we are working on building an automation service with Notion in mind (without relying on any third-party tool).

No-Code tools are great to automate your daily life. You can connect your Calendar with Notion as well.

The main difference is that those services are too generic to make it work like Notion Automations. You'll end up with complex workflows to achieve what Notion Automations can do for you: Auto-create calendar events from Notion, filter only events that matter to you, adding Notion Link to your events…
